Relax & take it easy at this newly remodeled and tranquil retreat. Enjoy the peace of being in the country right on a 17 acre pond stocked with bass, crappie, bluegill & catfish. Yet just 15 minutes from everything you could need. Fish all day, sleep in, create happy memories at the fire pit, enjoy the treehouse OR go out & explore the great many things to see & do in this area! This house is perfect for 2 couples but we will take up to 6 guests. Added fees for the 5th & 6th guests $25 pp/pn.

Whether a short or long term stay, the apartment is perfect for a vacation or a business trip with full kitchen and super comfy bed to ensure a pleasant stay.

The Nest

The Nest is no-smoking and smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property. It is a peaceful getaway and great for a romantic weekend or quiet retreat. Canoes, kayaks, trails, and a fire pit are available plus the kitchen is stocked with everything you’ll need. Close to Serenbe, Newnan, and the Atlanta Airport. You’ll love my place because of the arty style, the peaceful vibe and the beautiful lake view. The cottage is on 34 private acres and directly behind the main lake house.

Our suite has a view of Lake Peachtree and is located in the heart of PTC. Our unit includes a queen bed, sofa bed (for groups of 3+), kitchenette, dining space and a full bathroom with a beautiful clawfoot tub. A great place to stay for business or pleasure. Family (baby/toddler/kid) Friendly. Explore nearby cart paths, walking trails and shopping that are all accessible 5 minutes or less by car/golf cart. Ask about renting our golf cart to really experience the charm of PTC!

Host lives in the neighborhood and will go above and beyond to make your stay a pleasant one. Pets are welcome for $150 per stay.

One TV in the living room, wifi, cable and ceiling fans throughout the house. Entire house has laminate flooring (no carpet). The back yard is equipped with a small table and chairs for smokers. Guest access You will enjoy the convenience of keyless entry and parking in the driveway.

The home is conveniently located less than 10 minutes to hwy 85, walking distance to downtown Newnan, 2 minutes from The Train Depot in Newnan and a short 15 minute drive from the home of The Walking Dead in Senoia. This bungalow has been completely renovated in a modern farmhouse style. This home sleeps 10 and great for larger groups.
