My place is in a quiet street close to the beautiful south coast of Wellington, a casual stroll to the beach, a short bus ride to the city centre, local cafes and restaurants and a 10 minute taxi ride to the airport. It's ideal for couples and business travellers. Free and reliable Wifi, Freeview TV and DVD . Come and enjoy sunset walks on the beach, our local brewery, a cosy cinema with great café and you will be spoilt for choice with lots of places to eat ethnic foods (dine in or take away).

Centrally located , this warm & sunny studio is easy walking distance from the best that the city has to offer, and a short drive to airport & ferries. I'm an architect, and originally designed the studio as a workspace at the rear of our home for my photographer husband, Ian. We've recently converted it to a self-contained dwelling, so we can share what we love about the city. Cafes, shops & restaurants, walks around the harbour & hills - It's all within easy reach, or just sit back & relax.

Welcome to your own private retreat, nestled in the Wadestown suburb close to Wellington city. This brand new spa guesthouse is fully self contained with bathroom, open plan kitchen, washhouse, lounge with wifi, smart tv, queen bed and for a touch of 5 star living - nestled under cover with skylights, is your own private spa. Your home away from home is a 5 minute taxi or bus ride or a 30 minute walk to the Wellington CBD and the main sports and event stadiums. Parking is on the street.

Studio Nico is located city side midway between the CBD and Newtown. Within walking distance. Hospital (10 mins), Massey University (3 mins), Basin Reserve (3 mins) and Te Papa (14 mins). We do not have full cooking facilities but offer tea and coffee making facilities, a microwave, toaster, and fridge and provide a continental style breakfast. The studio is close to the city centre and on a direct bus route. Brooklyn Village is home to restaurants. cafes, a cinema, fast food outlets and a well stocked mini market.

Our BnB is homely, a little quirky & best suited to those who travel relatively light. Self service breakfast is included. There are 2 spaces (bedroom ± separate kitchen/bathroom) a few steps apart & linked by a covered walkway. The cosy bedroom has a queen size bed, desk for work or eating, good WiFi & comfortable seating. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking & the bathroom has a great shower. The nook outside the bedroom is perfect for a morning coffee.
