Autumn is the most colourful time here, and absolutely beautiful! Come and relax anytime of the year!

Cozy cottage located on a sandy shore of Lake Nippissing. Enjoy a coffee on the front deck as the sun rises, lazy afternoons on the sandy beach as waves lap against the shore, and evenings kayaking as the sun sets on the horizon. Front deck with Muskoka chairs and firetable, overlooks the beach, large grassy back yard suitable for kids and pets to play in. Back patio with chairs and BBQ. In the winter go snowmobiling, ice fishing, snowshoeing, or cross country skiing steps from the cottage door.

The centrepiece is access down a laneway to a sandy beach with shallow entry to Lake Nipissing that provides a backdrop for some of the best sunsets and becomes a magical expanse in the winter months. Centrally located a 2 min stroll to North Bay's best restaurants, LCBO, and grocery.

Family-friendly comfortable home for your entire family. Quick walk to a great local beach (Kinsmen Beach) with multiple trail accesses nearby. You can access trails to the waterfront and downtown from our street. Head down to the basement for a game of ping pong or hang out and watch tv. The Cabin, a 13 corners structure on two levels is facing the lake on three sides. The only cabin by the water on the lake to explore by canoe. The hot tub and brand new wood burning sauna are nice and warm for the colder weather here. This building is wheelchair accessible. We are just 10 min off Hwy 11 and 10 Min to the town of Powassan. Enjoy over 70 acres in nature all to yourself. A wonderful peaceful escape for anyone. Located right on the South River.

Cozy guest cabin located at the back of our spacious property on beautiful Lake Nipissing. We are in West Nipissing, specifically Sturgeon Falls, 30 minutes West of North Bay. This is a one bedroom cabin with a queen size bed, living room with a pull out couch, TV and dining area, full kitchen with fridge, stove, microwave, full bathroom with shower, ceiling fans. Bar-b-q is found on the deck outside.
