Each of our four tents has a kitchenette in the Lodge, and there is a lovely Bath House. Enjoy wood-fired pizza (most but not all nights) and our new all natural wood hot tub (available for 1 hour private booking $25) 40 acres of meadows, woods, pond, streams and trails. Nightly bonfires and star gazing, a nearby lake and rafting in the Hudson River below.

Our off-grid canvas tent is situated at the edge of a meadow, surrounded by blueberry bushes. It's just 4.5 miles to Main St in Livingston Manor, and 35 minutes to Bethel Woods. We provide a full-size bed (w/ heated mattress pad), fire pit, firewood, propane heater, and solar power. You have access to a private outhouse with composting toilet & outdoor shower on-site, and a conventional shared bathroom if you preferred. We are an LGBTQ+ inclusive space.

All our Emperor Bell Tents are raised off the ground on timber stands. Each tent has a double Mexican pine bed as standard, matching furnishings, semi-orthopedic mattress, bean bags, bed linen, and towels. Additional fold out beds with bed linen can be included on request. At night the tents are lit up inside by our tea light candle chandeliers and Moroccan lanterns, and outside by solar lights. Accommodates between 2 to 5 persons.
