With forrest behind, and meadow beside, this is as close to nature you can get and still be near bus stop and food store, 1 & 10 min walks. Yes, you can see the northen ligths, but thats mostly up to weather and luck anyway. In winter, elks may be eating from garden trees, mostly at dusk or dawn. Two extra beds can be supplied, six persons can comfortably live in this large house. This is a home, not a hotel. Please leave it as you found it, clean. Please read the extra house rules first!

Här kan hela familjen trivas i i skogsmiljö med sjöutsikt. Bär- och svampplockning kan man njuta av utanför ytterdörren. Promenadvänliga stråk finns både i skog och vid sjön. För den som vill finns en roddbåt och fiskeredskap att hyra för att meta i den fiskrika sjön. Det finns en också liten badvänlig strand i närheten. En riktigt fin långgrund strand finns i SANNINGSLANDET ca 15 km bort. Stranden är avgiftsfri och kan besökas precis när ni vill. Varför inte ett härligt bad i midnattsol?

Rymligt hus med tre sovrum beläget på Näsbyn i Kalix, ca 2 km från centrala Kalix. I direkt närhet till butik, restaurang, sport- och simhall, gym, skolor och Kalix sjukhus. Huset består av tre sovrum med totalt fyra sovplatser, ett rymligt kök och vardagsrum, badrum samt bastu och relaxavdelning. Tvätt- och diskmaskin finns. Spjälsäng finns. Uteplats och parkering i direkt anslutning till huset. Uthyres för längre eller kortare perioder. Vid längre hyresperiod, vänligen kontakta hyresvärd.

Willkommen in der Villa Davvi dállu – Haus des Nordens, die Platz für bis zu 8 Personen bietet. Das freistehende Haus verfügt über 4 Schlafzimmer, einen offenen Wohnbereich mit Smart TV (kein Free-TV), eine moderne Küche sowie einen neuen Hobby- und Aktivraum im Untergeschoss. Im Garten findest du einen Wintergarten mit kindersicheren Scheiben und ein Spiel- und Aktivitätshaus. Entspanne am Abend an der Feuerstelle oder in der holzbefeuerten Sauna. Hunde sind herzlich willkommen.

Environmentally friendly accommodation! Sunpanels on roof. We offer you a sauna, some gym equipment and nearby there's also a lake with a fireplace. You can go fishing or borrow our small boat. You will have your own house complete with shower, toilet and a small kitchen. Our house is 30 minutes away from Luleå (with car) but there are buses several times a day. Pets of all kind are NOT allowed! Due to allergic problems. Also perfect for winter, the house is fully insulated.
