This property is located on the Humber River with a shared backyard perfect for summer campfires and for winter snowmobiling. Hit the NL groomed trails in just 5 mins from our backyard! We are only a 7 minute drive from the airport with a grocery/convenience store within walking distance of the property.

Located in scenic Trout River and surrounded by Gros Morne National Park, Ocean Breeze is a newly renovated saltbox, beachfront tourist home. Ocean Breeze is approximately 10 km from The Tablelands and 2 km from the Green Gardens hiking trail. As well as minutes from local hiking trails, guided tours, fine dining, and the well known beautiful Trout River Boardwalk. This is a great place to relax and use as a base camp while you explore Gros Morne National Park. Norris point offers kayaking in bonne bay, and provides access to several hiking trails as well as being home to a Marine station aquarium and BonTours boat cruises. There's plenty to do for any budget.
