The environment is calm and within the historical centre of Tacoronte, a small town in the the north of the Tenerife island. At 10 minutes driving it is the beach and natural pool of Mesa del Mar and other small towns. From the penthouse you have easy access to the north motorway (TF5) to quickly visit the rest of the island. If you do not have a car, there are several bus lines in the neighborhood. Eine geschützte Badestelle(200m) aus natürlichem Lavagestein, ermöglicht ganzjährig das Baden bei Hochwasser, ein Felsen(500m) mit Trittleiter ist für Schwimmer und Taucher der perfekte Zugang zum Meer. Mehrere Wanderpfade nehmen hinter dem Haus ihren Anfang. Der schönste führt direkt zum Ausflugspunkt „Jardin de Cactus“, des bekannten Inselkünstlers César Manrique.

La Señorita está situada en un espacio privilegiado dentro de la Caldera de Tejeda, entre el Roque Nublo y el Roque Bentayga. Casa amplia, con tres dormitorios, dos baños y cocina- salón.
