Peyton's place was built in the late 80's from the proceeds of my wife's mum insurance after her untimely death.The little structure weathered all storms from it was built until it's battle with Matthew, sustaining interior flood damage. Dorian later came with its fury but the structure stood. Rebuilt as a family airloom and a memory to a mom never know, we present this cozy, unique, rustic yet modern villa with a beautiful view of Davey Creek's harbour oasis: a bonefish haven out your window

The spacious living space is open concept and suited with modern appliances. Water sports equipment at the house includes kayaks, paddle boards and snorkeling gear.
