Located on a peninsula of Oseetah Lake, we have waterfront access perfect for ice skating, snowshoeing and XC skiing in the winter right from our doorstep. The lake offers sweeping views of Ampersand and the surrounding mountains.

The home is on the market, so occasional daytime showings may be requested with 24+ hours notice. We coordinate to minimize any disruption and will always respect your schedule.

The rate is for 4 guests, however we can accommodate 5, at an additional charge of $50.
