Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis on lake Champlain right off interstate I89 on the Canadian border in a private estate with 6 beach accesses throughout, also a boat ramp for fisherman!! ICE fishing as well, (ask me about an ice fishing shanty rental) Very nice quiet neighborhood, watch the beautiful sunsets at the waterfront next to a nice cozy camp fire on the beach or on the deck grilling food and playing corn-hole, great WIFI connection. Sleeps up to 4 with a queen bed in the bedroom and a queen pullout sofa in the living room. Skylights and lofty ceilings fill the space with natural light throughout. Well insulated with centrally ducted heat and A/C for year-round comfort.

Lakehouse Loft Apartment

This newly construction upstairs loft has lake access and views of majestic Lake Champlain. Dogs under 25 pounds are allowed w/ permission and a $25 per night, per dog, pet fee. (Maximum of 2 dogs) If your dog is larger, please don't ask. Pit-bulls, pit-bull mixes, Dobermans, and Rottweilers are not allowed as per our insurance. There are reputable kennels nearby for you use, so you can have you pet close, for day trips.

The Space This exquisite one-bedroom cottage is located on the grounds of a 200 acre estate in the center of Stowe. The cottage is at the far end of a quiet, peaceful meadow and looks out onto a spring-fed pond with views of Mt. Mansfield. There are countless walking/running/biking/XC trails both on and adjacent to the property. The trails on the property connect to the very popular Cady Hill mountain bike network.
