Seaview is a renovated three bedroom federation home with an architecturally designed extension in central Hobart. The house is spacious and surrounded by verandahs. It has stunning views of Mount Wellington, the city of Hobart and beyond to the Derwent River. It is a seven minute drive to the waterfront, Salamanca or North Hobart. Seaview has been thoughtfully styled with a mix of antique and modern furniture to blend the federation home and Japanese inspired extension. It is a unique property.

We want to offer visitors to Hobart a unique & luxurious accommodation experience, which connects modern design with its rugged, bush environment. Located in West Hobart, we are a short 8 minute drive to the Salamanca water front. Our 2 story house is nestled in a private bushy street, with amazing views of the Derwent River, South Hobart, Sandy Bay & beyond. The home is spacious and private, yet surrounded by (harmless) local wildlife. You will see many wallabies grazing on the property.

Centrally located in the middle of bustling North Hobart is Little Elizabeth. Sister to Little Arthur, Little Elizabeth has all the conveniences at your door while also providing the comforts of home. Notoriously the foodies paradise of Hobart, Elizabeth Street is home to Hobart’s best restaurants, cafes, pubs and bars and Little Elizabeth is nestled amongst it all. Or if you would prefer a quiet night in, soak in the deep tub while perusing the many books and board games on offer.

Laneway 98 is a charming retreat nestled in the heart of South Hobart. Offering a blend of modern luxury and historic charm, the late 1800's worker’s cottage has been renovated to the highest standard, utilising original features where possible. The ideal base for exploring Hobart and its surrounds. Only a 5-minute walk to the Cascade Brewery, Cascades Female Factory, and the South Hobart rivulet. If you venture a little further, you will find the CBD and Salamanca waterfront.

The restaurant and café strip on nearby Elizabeth Street is a 5 minute walk, or take in a film at the historic State Cinema (rooftop screenings are generally available during the summer months). My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, families (with kids), and bigger groups.

Newly renovated with high quality fixtures and fittings, we have maintained the Art Deco features and added beautiful furnishings. Park on Park is warm and welcoming, with new bathrooms, a remodelled kitchen and new driveway and gardens. This is a lovely converted barn in Moonah, great for families, groups or a private getaway. It's part of a historic property and was converted in the 1950s. It's recently had a complete makeover - with polished hardwood floors, and a beautiful gardens. We've also got a wood-fired Huon pine sauna for guests to enjoy!
