The kitchen is fully stocked with cooking supplies and a Keurig coffee machine with several options for you to choose from. Full use of the home, fenced in back yard and a washer/dryer for your convenience.

You will see wildlife such as many species of birds, rabbits, woodpeckers, hawks, owls, deer, turkeys, free range ducks, thus we do not allow any hunting. What started out as hobby, paired with Gothenburg's need for affordable lodging, has blossomed into a way for us to raise a little extra money for our daughters college fund. We are located just four miles from top ranked Wild Horse Golf Club, two blocks from Highway 30, one mile from Interstate 80, and three blocks from historic downtown.

The garage is unlocked and you’re welcome to use it for additional space and gaming but we will be adding more games and painting/updating the space! Enjoy!

The Guest House is a completely remodeled home just north of North Platte Nebraska in the small cowboy town of Stapleton. The Guest House is a pet friendly home with fenced yard, and dog run. The house is well-stocked with all new appliances and amenities for comfortable stay. Located within walking distance of downtown Stapleton and Park. The Guest House is a camera free home to insure your privacy.

Riverwoods Doghouse

Take a break and unwind at this peaceful 2 room cabin next to the Platte River. There is a spacious living room, a large and unique counter/eating area, kitchen, bathroom, and a bedroom with 4 twin beds. It was remodeled from a barn that was on the property, the doghouse has concrete floors and we will allow dogs to accompany you for an extra fee. It is near two other cabins at this property.
