Hidden oasis nestled amongst the coconut palms just a short 8 minute drive from town and a short walk to the beautiful and secluded McLeods beach. Recently built, Casa Del Mar is situated on a 2.5-acre property and is completely separate from the main house, so you will have your own space and privacy, making it perfect for a secluded couples get away or a family holiday. Located only a short downhill stroll from Exmouth's thriving metropolis, the Spearmint Dingo boasts a large, no frills, casual space that suits visiting couples, families or groups. A classic 1960's Nor'wester style home iconic to Exmouth, the Spearmint Dingo is rustic in appearance and has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, open kitchen and dining space as well as an outdoor deck. Outside you'll find plenty of parking, a large BBQ, an outdoor lounge area, soft grass, and loads of fruit trees!

Down the road from Federation Park, come check out Exmouth’s Sunday markets between April-September. Unfortunately no pets allowed. No parties allowed. As the unit is apart of a smaller community, please keep noise levels down between 9pm-6am
