The Little House in the Heart of Concordia

Our Little House started its life as a 2-car garage, on the alley behind our home, that we transformed into our vision of a cozy and peaceful retreat. This light filled studio is professionally designed, features art from local artists and designers, and is equipped with heating & AC, making it a very comfortable spot to relax and enjoy Portland. You'll have a fully detached private guest house with a fully equipped kitchen, outdoor space and be two blocks away from the vibrant Alberta district.

Dozens of local shops and fabulous PDX restaurants, just a 10 minute walk away. Five minutes to freeway access, guests enjoy convenient options, exclusive privacy, and detailed designer touches. A perfect base camp for an extended PNW exploration, or a weekend getaway!

Or, to unwind, walk to Overlook or Mocks Crest parks for sweeping views of downtown Portland, Forest Park and the Willamette River. We are located between the Hollywood and Beaumont neighborhoods so there are many restaurants, coffee shops and entertainment hotspots! Close proximity to downtown, the airport, as well as public transportation. Includes access to plenty of on street parking.
