Hunter House - Self Catering in Cederberg

The Hunter House is a private holiday home in the Cederberg that is surrounded by blossoms, flowers and Namaqualand daisies in the spring. Summer brings the sound of the sun beetles and fresh peaches next to your holiday home. The river on your doorstep so if you don't swim in it during the summer, you can see how it grows in the winter next to a fireplace as you hear it roar. Winter brings the snow on the beautiful hiking mountains. Guest farm campsite at main river. No Wifi. No towels.

Weavers Cottage on Waterfall Farm (sleeps 4)

Welcome to Weavers Cottage, set among the citrus overlooking the valley. A 12 minute walk takes you to a quiet waterfall and natural swimming spots. Guests spend their days hiking, swimming, bouldering, or simply enjoying the stillness. The patio is a peaceful place to unwind, and you will often see ponies & peacocks wandering past. Private stand-alone cottage on a beautiful farm 1.5 hours north of Cape town and 30-40 minutes from Elands Bay. This is a very simple, off-grid, self-catering cottage with beautiful mountain views, a dam to swim in and hiking access to the entire 2000 hectare farm. This historic townhouse is within easy walking distance of shops and restaurants. The private courtyard is ideal for a braai (barbecue), or a quiet coffee. The house is child-friendly, and pets are welcome too. A gun-safe is provided, ideal for hunters. The stove is gas, so cooking during load-shedding is never a problem! As with many Graaff-Reinet houses, there is ONLY ON-STREET PARKING. There is also no TV.
