Cozy cottage in Siika-Kämä, nice village between Ranua Zoo (40 min) and Rovaniemi City (45 min) in the middle of amazing Lappish countryside in private and safe area. Owners live near to the cottage and are more than happy to help you to have a memorable stay! A beautiful lake (only 20m), where you can enjoy both winter and summer. Activities in accommodation: Ice-fishing, snow-shoeing, snowmobilerides or rent it! You need to have a car to get here, it takes 45 minutes from Rovaniemi city.

Charmigt retrohus vid havet

Koppla av med familjen i fridfulla, vackra Båtskärsnäs, nära Frevisörens camping (Nordiclapland) med bad och aktiviteter. Gästers husdjur är välkomna. Vid boendet finns en vedeldad badtunna utomhus som kan förbokas mot en avgift på 500 kronor, det är oftast möjligt att boka den men hör gärna av er i tid för att bekräfta detta. Två kajaker finns att låna. Från Båtskärsnäs går även båtturer ut i skärgården och på vintern har vi fina isar och skidspår. Sparkar, pulkor och snöskor finns att låna.

Tämä tunnelmallinen kompakti talo pihapiirin viihtyisällä rantasaunalla ja omalla rannalla on nähtävä ja koettava itse. Soveltuu erinomaisesti yöpymiseen tai pidempiaikaiseen majouttumiseen. Talvisin joen jäältä löydät kalastuspaikkoja hiihtoladut, paljon kävelyreittejä sekä kelkkailu-uria. Kesäisin voit nauttia uimisesta veneilystä tai kalastuksesta Rannassa oma laituri veneellesi. Voit myös käyttää paikallisen yrityksen Iislandin tarjoamia elämyspalveluita, jotka sijaitsevat aivan lähellä.

Villa Arctic Riverside | Traditional cottage |

Mökki sijaitsee metsässä 30minuuttia lentokentältä/joulupukin kylästä, upealla Kemijoen rannalla. Täällä saat kokea todellisen lapin luonnon, tähtitaivasta ja metsää. Mökistä löytyy juomavesi ja sähkö, sekä sähkölämmittimet. Puulämmitteinen sauna. Mökin keittiö ja ruokailutila on hyvin varusteltu. Erikseen sovittuna tarjoan aktiviteettejä: yksityinen 3h retki 90€/henkilö , Aamupala 15€/henkilö, Loimulohi nuotiolla 60€/henkilö. Majoitun itse pihapiirissä, ja olen tarvittaessa tavoitettavissa.

Lämminhenkinen mökki Kitkajärven rannalla kaikilla mukavuuksilla. Hanasta tulee puhdas lähdevesi. Puilla lämmitettävä sauna. Oma ranta (80 m. mökiltä) soutuveneellä varustettu sähköperämoottori. Kylpytynnyri, lakanat ja pyyhkeet sopimuksen mukaan (lisämaksu). Lumikengät ja lasten pulkat saa käyttää. Lähellä sijaitsevat: esim hiihtokeskus Ruka mökiltä 19 km (noin 20 min automatka) , kansallispuisto Riisitunturi 18 km (noin 15 min automatka), myös Valtavaara, Konttainen, Karhunkierros lähellä.

The Finnish nature is one of our most excellent resources, providing an abundance of beauty and fresh, clean air. This is a log cabin with a lakeside view located 21 km from Kuhmo town and 130 km from Kajaani Airport. It features a sauna cabin, two bedrooms, and a living room with a kitchen. There is also a BBQ area in the front yard. Local wildlife centers offer wildlife tours, which can be booked through the Wildtaiga site. Prices for bear hide tours can be found on the BearCentre website.

Mökissä takka ja erillinen puulämmitteinen sauna. Mökissä on hyvin varusteltu keittiö ja petivaatteet. Polttopuut sis. hintaan. Liinavaatteet lisähintaan 10€/hlö.Lemmikit sopimuksen mukaan 10 €/majoit. Palju tai ulkoporeallas lisähintaan 100€. Vuokraajan tulee tehdä loppusiivous. Tekemättömästä siivouksesta perimme 80€ .

Charming cottage with all the amenities on a large plot. The distance to the center of Rovaniemi is only about 25 km. The distance to Santa Claus Village or the airport is also about 25 km. No public transport. The roads are well maintained even in winter. The cottage is easy to get to. If you wish, transportation can be arranged by Mercedes Benz Vito car for an additional fee. Hailuodon kansallismaiseman ytimessä sijaitsevassa hirsipaneloidussa talossa vietät niin viihtyisää lomaa kuin etätyöpäiviäkin.
