Base price includes a tent setup, basic camp gear, drinking water, sanitizer, and a privacy-tent outhouse with above-ground toilet. Primitive site: no running water, Wi-Fi, shade, or open flames. Camp stove only. Vehicle with 4x4/high-clearance recommended. Bring-your-own-gear guests get 30% off and no cleaning fee.

SECRET GLAMPING SITE

The glamping site is in a secret area on 1 and 2/3 acres with a pool and hot tub. We have two rooms in the house and a casita and some campers on the property adorned with Ed Haddaway's sculpture. There is a campfire and hamocks to relax in. There is a lovely outdoor hot water shower. Or you may use the shower in the main home which is just steps away from the glamping site. People love to hang out on the porch as well. There is electricity in the tent to plug in laptops and phones.

The Lobato Bridge, over the Rio Grande River, is the southern most crossing over the river in Colorado and is just a few miles to the southwest. Use these lots for recreation, to camp, or just enjoy some peace and quiet away from it all. Your options are limitless
