Private dock for swimming or access with your kayak. Association beach is a short walk from the cabin. Close to Lake George and Saratoga Springs, as well as hiking, skiing, fishing, historic sites, snowmobiling and so much more. Enjoy sitting on the deck, by the lake or in front of a cozy fire in the provided firepit.

This is the place for a wonderful, relaxing retreat. You’ll be pleasantly surprised when you open the door to your stay. It’s beautiful Adirondack decor is very welcoming and you will be very impressed with the sparkling cleanliness of this stay. Relax and enjoy all the comforts of home with WIFI, ATT and Verizon cell service. We have a full house generator, mini split for air conditioning, deck area, a grill, and an area with a fire pit all with the river and mountain view’s. Boat parking!

We are a newly renovated 380 sq foot tiny home located near all the Adirondack’s has to offer. 🦉 Enjoy all modern amenities while embracing days full of nearby nature and exploring. Plenty of hiking, activities, and restaurants within a 10-30 minute drive. Come back after a long day to watch movies, grill dinner, and enjoy time in our large private backyard or screened in porch. *NOTE. We are located on a walkable residential street, location is not remote*

The "Ridgeview Retreat"

This brand new Cozy Lil Cabin on the Great Sacandaga Lake is perfect to escape the hustle of everyday life. It's only 30 min to Saratoga and 40 min to Lake George. In summer, bring your boat or Jet Skiis!! You have your own private dock. In the winter, bring your ice fishing gear or snowmobiles. The cabin is right on the NYS snowmobile trails. At the end of the day snuggle in near the warmth of the fireplace inside. Otherwise, you can just relax in the peaceful surroundings.

The Garden Cottage

This is a bright and airy carriage house located on the second floor in a quiet walkable neighborhood. Living room has a drop down movie screen, brand-new sofa with chaise and pull out queen sized bed. Galley kitchen is new with a Smeg stove and oven, dishwasher. Bedroom has a queen size adjustable bed, 52 inch TV with wifi and cable. The bathroom has a soaking tub and a walk in shower a vanity with double sinks. This house is nestled in the Adirondack Mountains and close to the Sacandaga Reservoir. Several marinas and a boat launch in the area. There are many hiking trails with this house being located ON the Northville-Lake Placid trail. Leaf peeping in the fall is a must. Skiing, ice-skating and tubbing are favorite winter activities with places like Gore, Oak and Lapland resorts. The village of Northville has many locally owned restaurants and shops just a short drive away.

Full kitchen with microwave and dishwasher. Located off the kitchen, there is a washer and dryer available for your use. The second floor loft like area provides 2 twin beds. Relax on the screened in porch or a quiet evening by a nice fire in the private back yard.
