Aird Villa with its south facing decking is said to be one of the nicest houses on the Isle of Scalpay. It sits overlooking Scalpay’s quiet North Harbour where the local fishing boats are moored. From the decking it's exhilarating watching the birds & boats as you are more or less right above the water's edge. Purpose built 4 x 6 metre cabin, fully insulated with electric heating for all year letting. comprising a double bedroom, kitchen & seating area with spacious shower & bathroom. The kitchen includes an under the counter fridge freezer, 2 ring hob, air fryer and microwave for simple meal preparation. This is not a pod style construction. it's light and bright throughout the building. We have included a bench for seating outside. Modern design, comfortable furnishings & tastefully decorated.
