THE STABLE is a modern granny flat with 1 comfortable queen sized bed, open plan kitchen and lounge room, air conditioning close to Hunter Valley Vineyards with only a 15-20 min CAR RIDE to all main attractions and concert venues. Our flat is semi attached to our main house but has private entrance, we also have a mini dash Wonka that will be more than happy to say hello when he’s out & about. Fantail Villa is a duplex self contained one bedroom villa situated on our tranquil 24 acre property. The villa has its own gas BBQ on your private verandah with both indoor and outdoor dining tables. The villa has a slow combustion wood fire to enjoy, with wood supplied only during the cooler months of May to September. From October to April guests can enjoy use of our refreshing 12 metre saltwater swimming pool, this is a shared pool between the other 3 x cottages on our property
