Best location in the Harbor- It is a 40' boat so more like a large Floating RV than a hotel! There is plenty of room to sleep and relax. The boat doesn't ever leave the dock. You will get to experience living on a boat, but since it is always attached to the dock you will never have to worry about sea sickness! Private 1 bdrm with Qn bed. Separate entrance, Kitchenette (no stove) patio with table & umbrella. Futon that can sleep 2 kids or 1 adults snuggly, (Please Let Me Know if you want the futon made into a bed it needs extra padding to sleep on) TV & internet. Hiking, Biking, 10 minutes to the beach and downtown Ventura. Pets are welcome. Please note that this space shares a wall with the main house.

Shangri-La hilltop craftsman home sits on a one acre lot, nestled in the hills of Ojai Valley. Quiet, serene setting. 9 miles from the ocean, 4 miles from downtown Ojai. We are pet friendly (1 dog only, no shedding) and will ask for a $125 pet fee on top of your accommodations. This home sleeps 5 people. No events or amplified music. Quiet hours are 10pm-7am. We can accommodate 2 cars onsite.
