Regensburg ist bequem mit Auto in 12 Minuten erreichbar. Die Wohnung liegt im Erdgeschoss in einem Einfamilienhaus. Die Terrasse an der Ostseite ist mit der Morgensonne ideal für das Frühstück. Die Terrasse an der Südseite hat einen offenen Kamin und geht über in den Garten. Die Gastgeber leben im 1. Stockwerk.

The old town can be reached by bus, bike or car in about 10 minutes. The apartment is located 2.6 km from the city centre/ approx. 30 minutes on foot. The accommodation, which consists of a 35 sqm living and sleeping area including bathroom, can be reached via a separate entrance (terrace).

Regensburg university is a fifteen minute walk away. The apartment features a fully equipped kitchenette and bathroom. The fridge has a freezing compartment, WiFi and a TV are included.

The castle from 1253 is about 15 minutes by car from Regensburg with all its historic attractions. We rent four double rooms each with a private bath and privat toilet on the first floor. Guests walk on original 17th century pine boards. There is one kitchen for guests. The hosts live on the second floor. The office is on the ground floor. There is also the opportunity for hiking. The bicycle path Regensburg is close by.
