Super cute and spacious private 3/2 home on 4 acres really lets you enjoy the rural country life without the chores. Only a few miles from several springs and the Suwanee river. (Literally have 10 springs within 39 miles). A few of the springs are: Little River Springs (my favorite), Ichetucknee springs, Ginnie Springs, Royal spring, Charles Springs, Rum Island, Hart springs, Blue Springs, Poe springs and so many more. While our home may not be perfect, its our perfect country get away.

Our home is over 200 yards away, so you have the joy of total serenity. You can just see our home in the distance. Welcome To Little Springs , You will be charmed by this adorable pool side suite. We are close to Suwanee River and several of the most beautiful springs. Closest spring being only 2 miles away. We also have a boat launch 3 miles down the road. We have a nice pool to cool off in, while you enjoy a place to dine and grill. There is a bike trail that is over 15 miles long and you go right to town that has all you need . Dine in or couple fast food places and few stores .

Papa Joe’s Lake House

Quiet little piece of heaven on earth. Enjoy the lake views, sit by a fire, enjoy the nature God has provided in our sanctuary on Pickett Lake. Use the grill or take a short drive to Branford or Mayo and enjoy some of the restaurants. Outdoor fire pit includes wood. PLEASE NOTE- Lake levels are EXTREMELY LOW. There is currently no water at the dock for fishing or swimming. We are currently experiencing extreme drought conditions.
