The Rustic Bear Cabin is located in Crystal River on 1.16 acre, surrounded by woods & close to the Springs. Very cozy and relaxing. If you are visiting for a horse show, we are directly across from HITS and 10 minutes to WEC. We are 30 min to Rainbow & Silver Springs, 20 min to Canyons Zip Line and 15 min to Devil's Den.

Conveniently situated in the Ocala National Forest, this rustic cabin is surrounded by graceful live oaks and is often visited by wildlife like deer, bear & sandhill cranes. Paddle the Silver River or snorkel the springs. Great fishing is around the bend. Note: Historic drought has lowered our lake levels significantly. The lake is currently dry infront of the cabin.

You’ll have your own private pool and hot tub right outside the cabin, perfect for quiet mornings or evenings under the trees. The property is just a short drive from WEC, HITS, and the University of Florida, making it an ideal spot whether you’re in town for the horse shows, a quiet weekend, or a trip to Gainesville.

Lake Pan Cabin #1

This quaint one room cabin provides a tranquil lake view with a front porch swing for your ultimate relaxation. Restroom located within a few feet and a larger bath house (with shower) located less than 300 feet from cabin. Charcoal grills and a fire pit located near the cabin for your use. Complimentary use of our single kayaks or canoe. The boats are available after 9am (office opens) and must be returned by 3:30pm. They are not available when the office is closed.
