Surrounded by 74 acres, only 5 minutes from Albany CBD. There is a large farmhouse kitchen, beautifully furnished areas. On balmy nights you can huddle around a cosy fire pit under the stars roasting marshmallows and relaxing with a glass of wine

The property is 45 acres, most of which is beautiful Karri and Marri forest with 5 acres of pasture to support a mixture of cows, goats, sheep and horses. Enjoy the serene views from the covered deck all year round. This is a great place to find that rural serenity and space to unwind.

You are close to hotels, Albany's Marina, and the Albany entertainment center. You’ll love our cottage because of the high ceilings, the inner city location, and the ambience of an old colonial home. Spencer Cottage is great for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). We have provided free Netflix and FTTP NBN 535 mbs for family entertainment.
