We have the perfect spot for resting on your way to or from Wellington. You will stay amongst the fruit trees. The birdlife is great. Our tiny home is on our section 20mtrs from our house. You have your own separate entrance & parking space. we are 5 min north of Otaki, 10 min from Levin & Waikawa Beach . The Manakau Market & The Greenery garden centre are close. We are a family of five and especially in summer we spend a lot of time outside so expect the normal sounds of family life.

Swallows Nook @dirtfarm

Ride, roam relax at our mountain bike park. Maximum peace and quiet on top of a hill with nothing but views. Once you have finished relaxing you can go for a mountain bike ride and choose from 20 tracks. Cold? No problem, the fire will be set up ready to light upon arrival. Cheese board and wine supplied when you arrive and a breakfast basket of locally sourced/ NZ made produce all included in your stay. Don't forget your togs for the hot tub with an incredible view.

As well as full cooking facilities. Time it right and you can help yourself to seasonal produce from the garden and free range eggs from our lovely chooks.

Set on an acre of flat land, there is plenty of space for games, for kids to run around, or just relaxing on the large deck in the sun. This home has all the essentials including, air conditioning or heat pump, a Smart TV, and unlimited Wifi (Fibre).

The hut is a beautifully crafted off the grid cabin located located on a sheep and beef farm, Daisybank, just minutes out of Martinborough . Open the doors right up on a nice day and enjoy the fresh air or cozy up with a blanket on the couch in front of the fire when the weather makes you want to bunker down. South End Sanctuary is a modern (completed in 2023) 3 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom, dog friendly, family house. Wonderfully located near the well-known South forest perfect for walking, biking, and home to the adventure playground. The house is approximately 200m from the south forest entrance and 250m from the Hydrabad Drive beach access.
