Grade II Listed Eighteenth Century Boat Builders Cottage. With one double bedroom, one single bedroom, shower room, kitchen area and a small cosy lounge. There is a small private court yard with bench. Car parking available in front of Cottage. A little small for a discovery as you would need a can opener to get out your vehicle. The west facing garden deck provides a good size outdoor area to sit and take in the fantastic views of Cowes harbour, the Solent beyond and the amazing sunsets. You will have access to a dedicated off street parking space. Two bedrooms - one with a double bed and one which can be made with two single beds or one king size.

There are three local pubs & a restaurant, all within walking distance.

The Annexe has been recently renovated and is superbly presented with comfortable accommodation for two people.

Formerly known as the "shifting house" it was first built in 1898-1899 to accommodate munitions workers changing into the special clothing that they wore when working on magazines.
