Kores boutique houses - Ekaterini

The KORES boutique houses are an independent, self-catering lodging of two furnished residences that have been specially developed in a completely renovated multi-storey medieval building, in the traditional district of Topanas, on the western side of the old Venetian harbor of Chania.Both residences are enchanting houses with hospitable rooms in light and frugal lines. The harmony of spaces in levels, the arches, erratic walls, the galleries and Venetian walls that constitute a part of the house, create an astonishing cluster of medieval architecture in the two residences with the names "Aspasia" and "Ekaterini". "Aspasia" occupies the ground floor and the first floor of the lodging and consists of: The ground floor with a double bedded bedroom and another with a couch – bed, and a bathroom with open shower. The first floor with the living room, the dining room and open-plan kitchen, two bathrooms with closed showers, a master bedroom in the loft and a bedroom with two single beds below. "Ekaterini" occupies the second and third floor of the lodging and consists of: The second floor with the living room, dining room and open plan kitchen, a bedroom with two single beds, a den with the “Turkish” couch that can easily host a 5th individual in the residence if necessary and a bathroom with a closed shower. The rooms of the second floor have access to a garden with a dining table, six chairs and an umbrella offering ample shade. The third floor with a master bedroom and its private terrace with a couch, a patio table and sun beds give the opportunity to guests to enjoy relaxation in the sun and the unhindered views of traditional backstreets, roofs and lofts of buildings, and of the mountains in the south.

"Kamara" meaning arch in English is a traditional Venetian building made from stone sitting over an archway in a public square. Its central position in Chania's old town area of Splantzia, close to the harbour & located next to the Saint Nicholas Church makes it an ideal base to explore from. Vines shade the entrance with the living accommodation up on the 1st floor. A sunny spot out on the roof terrace gives a glimpse of sea. It has a bright/airy neutral simplicity ideal for a holiday home.

Hestia. Feels like home.

Hestia is located in a peaceful neighborhood of Nea Chora, close to the city centre and the Old Harbour and 100 meters away from the beach. The decor is minimal, based on earth colours, giving emphasis to the stone walls, which have been preserved after the renovation of the house in 2017. The bathroom is spacious, connected to the bedroom, the kitchen is separate and there are two courtyards back and front. It is fully equipped with household appliances and offers dedicated internet access.

Marianthi's house is a picturesque newly renovated(2022) and fully furnished old house in the heart of the old town of Chania. It is a traditional stone house and was built in 1920. It is located just a few steps away from the Venetian harbor and the city center. The house provides all the comfort to ensure a pleasant and relaxing stay. Available all year round, it is an ideal spot for families, couples travelling together and friends.

Surrounded by traditional paved streets next to the Byzantine Wall, only one minute walk to the Venetian Harbour and a few minutes away from the municipal closed market. The house is recently renovated, comfortable and fully equipped, able to accomondate 2 persons on the double loft-bed (200x145), while 1 more persons can be hosted on the sofa bed.

It's a 80 m2 one storey house with two bedrooms (+1 sofa bed in the living room), one luxury bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen and two balconies where you can relax and enjoy a coffee, dinner, drinks or even read a book.

Είναι ένα διώροφο πέτρινο κτίσμα του 15ου αιώνα που κατοικήθηκε το 1940 από την γιαγιά μας Στέλλα και τα παιδιά της και ανακαινίστηκε πλήρως το 2018.
