We are a short distance to downtown Truckee and all there little shops and we are 5 minutes outside the Ski Resort Village. Most have told us it's a hidden- GEM. Bird watch, fish or just relax. Large deck with a view. Just a block from Paige Meadows, access to Tahoe Rim & Pacific Crest Trail, a nature lover’s dream. Very quiet, level and easy to access location. The house has 1 bedroom upstairs and one downstairs each with queen beds. There’s also a common area upstairs with 2 twin beds. There is one bathroom with shower and laundry. Ideal for a small family or two couples. Parking for 2 cars max.
