Idyllic summer house between 2 lakes in Gothenburg

THE SPACE The house is 135 square meters. The main property cover two floors with upstairs being in open plan with the charming livingroom with large windows overlooking the surrounding nature. Living room is connect with open kitchen area, open dining room with a cozy fireplace and small artistic room with desk, painting zone and chill area. Here you can try your creativity or if you prefer to read some books. There is also small bedroom with double bed and tiny bathroom with shower. The lower floor holds little toilette, hall, laundry, bigger bedroom with king-size bed and small bedroom with simple bed. In the garden you can enjoy chill patio area behind the house. Barbecue area, in the front of the house contains garden furniture and grill equipment. KITCHEN Our kitchen is equipped with good-quality pots, knives, and appliances. You will also find a variety of spices, coffee, and teas that are regularly replenished. We also provide guests with olive oil and vinegar. In the house, there is a 'Jura' coffee machine available, along with high-quality Italian coffee. LAKES AND NAURE First lake in front of the house sharing with few neighbours ( private bridge). You can use the boat with oars. The boat is moored to small sauna house. The second lake behind the house is wilder if you prefer to be alone with your thoughts. If you prefer some other activities the very popular west Sweden trails is just few meters from the house called "Bohusleden" that you can walk as long as 148 km ! LOCATION The property is located 7 min from the hightway, 10 min to airport, 10 min to nearest Landvetter centrum (food store, cafe shop) and 30 min to Gothenburg downtown by car. GUEST ACCESS You have access to everything in the accommodation. The kitchen is fully equipped (no including microwave). WiFi and bed linen, towels, coffee and tee are included.

En separat, fullt möblerad lägenhetsdel i villa med egen ingång. Lägenheten består av ett sovrum, vardagsrum/kök och badrum. Det finns en dubbelsäng (160x200) och en bäddsoffa (140x200). Här har ni promenadavstånd till klippbad och strand (15 min), busshållplats 300 m från bostaden om ni vill tar er in till centrala Göteborg. Matbutik, pizzeria mm finns 600 m bort. Parkering finns tillgängligt för en bil på uppfarten precis utanför bostaden, uppfarten är kameraövervakad för extra säkerhet.

Hus vid badvik

Huset ligger i direkt anslutning till en mysig och barnvänlig badvik med bryggor och sandstrand, Börja dagen med ett morgondopp. Ta frukosten i trädgården. Njut av havsutsikten och fågelkvittret. Kanske en tur med kajaken. Och avsluta dagen i bubbelpoolen efter en grillning på altanen. Vill du kombinera med stadslivet i Göteborg kör du dit på 15 minuter. Ännu närmre till stora shoppingcenter. Här får du uppleva Göteborgs unika skärgård samtidigt som du har tillgång till Göteborgs övriga utbud.

Fantastic 1-Bedroom Guest House with Loft

Stylish, modern, purpose built guest house. Its based in the western end of Gothenburg in Långedrag, a very nice residential area. It takes about 15 mins to the city centre or to the beautiful archipelago. Tram and buss stop is within a 10 min walk and the sea just a few hundred metres away. There are supermarkets, restaurants, and other local amenities within walking distance. The property has a full size bedroom that sleeps two as well as two beds in the loft space. There's a full kitchen.

Övre Järkholmen

Slappna av i detta unika och lugna boende med utsikt som sträcker sig över hela askimsfjorden ända ut till Tistlarna. Här kan ni sitta och studera naturen, skärgården, höra måsarnas skri till morgonkaffet och gå ner och ta ett morgondopp det första ni gör. Barnen kan röra sig fritt i området då det inte finns någon direkt trafik, istället är det fina naturområden runt knuten. Här finns närheten till Göteborgs centrum(14min), stillheten och fina bad. ✨ Ljus & fräsch källarlägenhet nära havet – perfekt för par eller små familjer Välkommen till vår nyproducerade, mysiga källarlägenhet med egen ingång – belägen i lugna och naturnära Fiskebäck. 🏖 Läget Ca 800 meter till havet med flera badplatser, både strand och klippor. Ca 15 min till centrala Göteborg med buss (hållplats 2 eller 7 min bort). Färja till skärgården: 8 min med bil eller 20 min promenad. Lugnt läge men nära både stad och skärgård – perfekt för avkoppling och utflykter.

Sjöstugan

Mitt ställe ligger precis vid stranden mitt i naturen. Nära Alingsås, Hindås, Landvetter flygplats, Göteborg, Borås. Du kommer att älska mitt ställe på grund av det sjönära och naturnära läget. Mitt boende passar par, ensamäventyrare, affärsresenärer och familjer (med barn).Stugan är på ca 30 kvadratmeter och tillhörande bastustuga med dusch, wc och tvätt är på ca 15 kvadratmeter. Fri tillgång till kanot för hyresgäster. Bra möjligheter för fiske, motorbåt finns att hyra!

Romantic Vrångö island escape

The Romantic Vrångö island escape är en stuga med hög standard och rymlig planlösning, på en avgränsad del av vår tomt. Din privata altan och SPABAD är ett steg utanför de breda glasdörrarna. Avnjut en god frukost eller ett avslappnande bad omgiven av vacker naturen. Stugan ligger bokstavligen där Vrångös naturreservat börjar. Stugan är designad för en rogivande vistelse nära naturen och den idylliska skärgårdsmiljön, oavsett vilken årstid det är.

Nybyggt gästhus vid havet nära bad och centrum.

Njut av ett fridfullt boende 500 m från hav och klippor. Med gångavstånd till flera badställen i området. Till Göteborgs stad tar du dig enkelt kollektivt och med bil endast 15 minuter. Frölunda köpcentrum ligger 3.5 km från boendet. Boendet har ett fullt utrustat kök exklusiv diskmaskin. Tvättmaskin med kombinerad torktumlare finns. Dubbelsäng på 1.80 samt tillgång till en extra säng. Parkering finns i anslutning till boendet gratis.

Writers house - a place for poems - Brännö island

Our little guesthouse is cosy and quite, in the end of the "street". It is simple, estetic and easy to like. The veranda gives you possibility to look at the boat passing by to Denmark and Gothenburg. If you like to get inspirated och to take long walks, this is a perfect place for You. We have a couple of restaurants on the island and help You find the best places to bath, walk and eat. Quiet and close to nature.

Litet hus med havsutsikt

Attefallshus på 25 kvm, högt beläget på Näset med fantastisk utsikt över Göteborgs södra skärgård. Här bor du med havet som granne och mysig tallskog alldeles utanför dörren. Huset ligger privat beläget i förhållande till boningshuset och för att komma fram går man uppför ett stort antal trappsteg. Från takterrassen har man utsikt över Göteborgs södra skärgård.

The house is suitable for families. The main-floor is aviable for air bnb-guest. It has 6 beds and babybed in totally 3 bedrooms. Wifi is aviable. The house is cloose to he sea and close to "Välens idrottsplats" where lots of Gothia Cup-matches are played. The center of Gothemburg you can reach in 20 minutes by bus.
