Kućica je prvenstveno bila namijenjena za uživanje obitelji u njoj i ugošćavanje prijatelja uz kamin,dobru hranu,vino i vatricu. Zato i ima veeeliki stol i klupe. Uredili smo ju po svom guštu, sav namještaj izrađen je od drva. Pri uređenju se nismo vodili time da sve mora biti usklađeno i da paše već time da nama bude lijepo,ugodno i funkcionalno. Kako smo s vremenom došli na ideju da bismo mogli iznajmljivati, nadamo se da će i svim gostima koji se zateknu u njoj biti isto tako lijepo i ugodno.

Beautiful apartment in centra Istria

You will find The Olive House in the very end of a small village called Jakomici. The second floor of the house has been recently refurbished and consists of two identical apartments, each with a kitchen, huge living room, two bedrooms and a bathroom with shower. Each apartment is suitable for 4 people. You can relax completely, chill out in the garden or in the new swimming pool, or you can come with us for a boat trip (not included). Breakfast, lunch and dinner on request, at extra charge.

The swimming pool has a stunning view of forested hills with the villages of Gračišće and Pićan on top. The carefully chosen position of the pool provides natural shade thanks to the centuries-old oak’s branched crown even when the sun shines high above your head. So while listening the birdsong, the whisper of the wind through the leaves and enjoying in the shade above the swimming pool and the beach you will get the exact amount of energy and relaxation necessary to discover the beautie.

Big apartment - NOT whole house with large terrace and great view on vineyards, landscape and POOL. Place feels like home with comfortable rooms, grill in frontyard and safe place for parking. Good choice for families or groups. We will be happy to welcome you in our Tavern with homemade food, drinks and breakfast. In 2 minutes walking is great Sopot waterfall! Nearest beach is only 20 minutes driving and you are in a small village almost without traffic or noise. You will love this place.

A shaded parking spot is available free of charge in front of the apartment. Free Wi-Fi is available in the apartment. The interior of the apartment is pleasant, but if necessary, air conditioning is available with agreement and permission from the host.
