Apartman ima svoju terasu,a na raspolaganju je krovna terasa na vrhu kuće s predivnim pogledom na more i zalazak sunca. Prekrasno je na njoj popiti i jutarnju kavu, kao i sunčati se na ležaljki. U sklopu kuće na dostupnosti je i grill s kojim se gosti slobodno mogu služiti. Mjesto je jako mirno i savršeno za jutarnje uživanje uz kavu,a i za ugodno spavanje i totalni odmor. The house is situated 10 m away from the sea. On the balcony apartments has private hot tube for 5 people. In front of the house, right next to the sea is a small garden with a grill and a big table for 8 people where you can catch the summer breeze in the natural shadow. On the beach, we place our sunbathing chairs and parasols so you can enjoy the sea and sun. In front of the house is the berth for the small boat or jet-ski ( up to 6m ).e whole family at this peaceful place to stay.

Holiday house Mareta is located in Savar on island Dugi otok. Nicely and comfortably furnished house in a quiet part of the island and only 10 minutes walk to the beach. Capacity of the house is for 4 guests, with one bedroom with a double bed and with sofa bed in the living room suitable for two people. There is also a big terrace with a beautiful seaview. The apartment is air conditioned, with WiFi and SAT / TV. Our house is ideal pleace to relaxe from the chaotic city life.

Small old stone house near the sea

Small stone summer house with private entrance, 10m from the sea, no need for air condition. There are two levels, the bedroom is on the upper floor. Downstairs is a kitchen and a bathroom, and a small front yard with the dining table where the guests usually have their meals. Within walking range (500m) from the village center where one can find everything one could need when on vacation (supermarket, restaurants and cafe bars, doctor, sand beach, cultural events, etc...)

All the places on these two relaxing islands, with beautiful beaches and breathtaking views are within 15 min drive range. Apartment has a wonderful view on Zadar channel and is distant only few minutes from the nearest beach. It's equipped with wifi internet, tv, stove, fridge, freezer, microwave and water cooker.

My place is good for couples and solo adventurers. It is located in an olive garden, has its own small garden. It is located about 15- 20 minutes walk from the beach (1000- 1100 meters) and it is ideal for person who prefer peace and privacy. Since the cottage is secluded, we recommend guests to come by car. Bicycles can be rented in Preko from travel agencies. Electricity comes via solar.

House located first row to the sea(10m)with a beach in front of house, have 5 guests. consists of 2 bedrooms,kitchen and a bathroom with a great view on the sea from the balcony.Possibilty for 5 more guest in apartment next to this in same house. 2 bikes and sunchers ( 5 ) can use guests of house.
