A cozy and private home with a spectacular view

The house is 120m to the beach (free of charge & has a shower) and located in Razanac which is a picturesque tourist village at the foot of Velebit mountain (see pictures). The wonderful pebble beaches, crystal clear water, the rich underwater, and a number of restaurants offer everything needed for a really nice holiday. Every morning, Bazaar (open market) which is in the center (400m) is available for daily caught fish and organic vegetables. There is private parking and fast WIFI.

Deze vrij gelegen studio is van alle gemakken voorzien. Gelegen in het midden van een schitterende baai. De zee met zandbodem op slechts 50m afstand, heeft een klein ( prive) strand. Vrij uitzicht vanaf het terras. Restaurants en cafe’s op loopafstand. Zadar Airport en Zadar centrum zijn in 25 min. te bereiken met de auto. Split Airport op 1,5 uur rijden. Door de ligging van de studio is een rustige vredige vakantie verzekerd! Een heerlijke plek om tot rust te komen.
