Located within Oceanside, Oregon, 9 miles west of Tillamook. This oceanfront duplex is called Heart of The Hill because it is located right in the middle of Oceanside. The duplex has two rental studios one on top of the other, with a laundry room basement. Amazing up-close views of sand and surf including the Three Arch Rocks from every floor. Just stroll to the beach and restaurant and downtown in only a few minutes. Each unite offers a full kitchen, bath, propane fireplace, and private decks.

It's a short walk to convenience stores, restaurants and the Charleston Marina. Neighborhood is made up of small homes and mobile homes. Check yourself in with a lockbox. It is close to public transport (near a MAX light rail station), the airport and outdoor activities (the Columbia Gorge; Mt Hood) and is a 20-30 min drive to downtown. It's cozy (eclectic vintage style), a wooded 1-acre setting within the city limits, and has secure premises (electric gate). Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. Located next to the 804 walking coastal trail and also the Amanda trail leading to the Amanda Grotto and Cape Pepetua. Cottage is located on the south end of Yachats and a short distance to sandy the sandy beach at Yachats Bay.
