Located on Devonport's Mt Victoria, surrounded by beautiful historic homes, MaisonMays is a self-contained, private apartment offering a light and peaceful setting with two outdoor garden dining areas, a king-sized bed, bath and a heating/cooling system for your comfort. Off-street parking available. Lock box on left hand side outside white gates at end of driveway. We say "Kia Ora" and are happy to greet our guests but agree to respect our guests' privacy if preferred. Centrally located in Devonport, a car is not necessary to enjoy the many delights around the neighbourhood. Walk up Mount Victoria to take in vistas of Auckland City or stroll to Torpedo Bay for a coffee and ice cream after visiting the Navy Museum. If wanting to travel farther afield, public buses can be found in central Devonport or at the Devonport Ferry Terminal, or perhaps a day trip to Waiheke Island, Rangitoto Island or Auckland City via Fuller's Ferries, departing regularly from Devonport Ferry Terminal. Deposit - A $400 deposit is required on booking, refundable unless a cancellation is made less than 7 days prior to stay.

The kitchenette has a fridge, microwave, toaster, and coffee/tea facilities, plus complimentary snacks and beverages are provided. Please note, no cooking facilities are available. Enjoy your private garden with seating and lush greenery. Families will love the toys, cot, high chair, and beach just 10 minutes away.

Tower of the Valley

A stylish two-bedroom and large lounge apartment only 2 minutes walk to Browns Bay beach and a 3 minute walk to the restaurants, cafes and bars in the village of Browns Bay. The lounge opens to a peaceful sun-bathed terrace and there is a hot tub and outdoor shower through the french doors of one of the bedrooms. Curved walls are part of the unique style of Tower of the Valley. There are no cooking facilities. Free parking is available in the carport. It is on the Te Araroa walkingTrail.

Imagine waking up beside a beachfront grass reserve with short walk <50 metres to the sea shore of Kawau Bay. Snells Beach is a flat beach and tide retreats out quite a way. This ground floor apartment is double glazed and offers comfortable accommodation. please note that if 2 people are staying and wish to use both bedrooms then an additional fee ($40) is charged for linen and 2nd bathroom use Nearby are a multitude of attractions and eateries. The shops, supermarkets , cafes, restaurants/bars, take aways and fast foods are 1km walk. We only offer a quiet , comfortable room to stay in - Parties, visitors and binge drinking are not allowed. We provide sachets of tea, coffee and hot chocolate, but no breakfast food.
