Located just 5 minutes from downtown Stillwater and 10 minutes from Oklahoma State University, it’s a peaceful retreat with abundant wildlife.

This 1954 built detached cottage sitting on a half acre lot, lovingly remodelled and completed in June 2021 by my husband and me, is a welcoming ‘home from home’ for our AirBNB guests. Taxes are less out here too - you don't have to pay the 4% city or 7% accommodation taxes when you book with us since we're outside city limits.
