Walk to Town in 10 minutes or drive to Nauset Beach in 5 minutes! This newly renovated Home is centrally-located at the entrance to East Orleans. This Italianate historic home is within walking distance of many restaurants in Orleans, while offering easy access to the beaches. This home was built by Thomas A. Hopkins and the recent renovation has preserved much of the beautiful, interior architecture. It is a very peaceful location and parking access is conveniently onsite.

This home has been in my family since the 1960’s and you will feel the warmth and charm the minute you step in the door. The location is perfect for nature lovers but within 10 minutes of stores, restaurants, and charming towns. A perfect base for Cape Cod sightseeing.

Classic, beautifully crafted, newer cottage by Cape Cod Bay. All amenities. Stainless steel kitchen, Cathedral ceilings, Wide plank wood floors, water view. 2 min walk to one of the best beaches on the Cape! Quiet locale in the historic village of Quivet Neck, within East Dennis. 35 miles to Provincetown. I do not allow pets. I have family members with severe allergies who use the cottage. There is no AC at this cottage. I have 15 windows, 4 fans and an ocean breeze.

Spacious Guest Suite Close to Town

Our second floor guest suite is on a quiet street, within walking distance to the center of town and a quick drive to ocean and bay beaches. Featuring an open floor plan and high ceilings, the suite includes a living/dining room, kitchenette, reading nook, private bath, and spacious bedroom. Guests have their own outside entrance and tiny deck. Our family of four (+dog & cat) live downstairs. We are happy to provide tips and recommendations, or let you enjoy your privacy.

June 8 to 11 just opened up! No cleaning fee! 15 min walk to the best bayside beach, Thumpertown Beach. The cottage is in a very peaceful wooded setting. A beautiful, charming 2 bedroom cottage 15 min walk to Thumpertown Beach. It's sits on a triple sized lot, close to the outer Cape's favorite attractions. Eastham is known as the Gateway to the Cape Cod National Seashore. Please note, from June 13 to September 6 we have a 7 night minimum from Saturday to Saturday.

No cleaning fees! Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located furnished home base for your Cape Cod adventures! Cozy 3-bed, 2-bath ranch house with deck. 3pm check in & 10am check out All rooms have end tables with built in charging. Bedrooms have window AC units & mini split in living room. Coffee station in kitchen with KCups refreshed in May New for 2026: 1. New larger living room couch 2. Couch in bunk bedroom 3. TV with Roku added to master bedroom

The Sea Captain's Carriage House

The 1840s Carriage House has been beautifully remodeled. The first floor has a living room, dining area, kitchen, and powder room with washer/dryer. The backyard deck has seating for four and a Weber gas grill. Upstairs, the large, elegant bedroom features a king-sized bed, sitting area, reading nook/twin bed, writing desk, and ensuite bathroom with shower. The half acre property offers beautiful gardens for you to enjoy and a delicious outdoor shower.

National Seashore Escape

There is no interaction required with hosts during stay. 1/4 mile to National Seashore Salt Pond Visitor Center and 2.0 miles to Coast Guard Beach, rated America's 6th best beach in 2019 by Dr Beach. The studio is above the garage with a private entrance private bath with shower. Queen bed, wifi, whisper quiet mini split a/c no window unit, tv. There is a kitchenette with refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, sink, no stove.
