It is 3 miles to the beach, 5 miles to the Speedway, or 1 mile to the intercoastal. Also, if you want to venture further, you are less than a 2 hour drive to the Orlando theme parks or 1 hour north to the Oldest City! Like to play Pickleball? Pictona is only 5 blocks away! With 24 courts, it is a wonderful facility!

We are a 10 minute drive to the closest beach access, 15 minutes to the speedway and 3 minutes to Pictona pickleball club. This studio has everything you could need for a weekend retreat or longer. Great for staycations or as a work-from-home alternative. It comfortably fits one or two guests. Queen bed. Due to owners allergies and asthma, we are unable to host any animals.

In the gated backyard you will find a screened in gazebo, picnic table, Propane Grill, firepit & 6 chairs. Guest Shed has 5 Beach bikes, Cornhole & all the beach items you will need with 6 beach chairs, rolling beach cart, beach blanket, cooler, umbrella, boogie boards, skip board & beach toys.

Close to the beach, golf courses and walking distance to restaurants, coffee and grocery. Take a walk in the neighborhood up to Holland Park for the free splash pad, amazing playground and recreational facilities.
