Nel raggio di 200 metri trovi tutti i servizi di cui puoi avere bisogno come market, ristoranti e pizzerie, banche, palestre, farmacie. Il mio appartamento è ideale per coppie, viaggiatori solitari e chi viaggia per lavoro. Ci sono tutti i comfort e l'occorrente per preparare un buon caffè e un tè caldo.

A 20 metri si trova il lungomare pedonale con pista ciclabile e la spiaggia del Poetto con i suoi chioschi. A 50 metri la fermata degli autobus ti collega al centro della città in 15 min. The hills behind show breathtaking views and ancient monuments, perfect for trekking or mountain biking. Near the house 3 excellent restaurants. A car is recommended, a SUV is better, as the road is a bit bumpy in some places. Parking is free.
