View freighters, sailboats and the vast beautiful lake. We have Kayaks available for your use. The Ausable river is about 10 miles away. It offers excellent opportunities for canoeing and tubing

A fixer-upper. The house is ready now with some ongoing projects. The house is one bedroom on top of a two-car garage so being able to climb steps is a must to enter the living space. The house is located in town. Less than a 5-minute stroll to the lake passing a coffee and ice cream shop, a consignment shop, an art gallery, etc. This is a great place to stay for the Harbor Town Weekend in September. TVs in each of the bedrooms and one in the living room. Outdoor deck has seating for 4. Washer/dryer.

You’ll love our place because of the outdoors, location, relaxation & quiet. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and families (with kids). Please take note of directions to home, sometimes GPS is incorrect. Also, special reminder of drinking water if wanted, as house has well water.
