Simonton Lake House Near Notre Dame

Our Home is a lake house with beachy decor. Just steps out the back door to the lake. Very shallow near our property and sandy bottom. Great for kids. House has 2 stories with the upstairs having a separate entrance with its own living room and kitchen with all appliances. Downstairs has a game room with arcade (60+ games) and dart board. The screened porch has a wicker couch and chairs overlooking the lake. Great place to stay if you’re visiting Notre Dame, only a 25 minute drive.

The Serenity Suite is one of two listings to accommodate guests. This suite is a 230 sq ft. tiny house studio apartment created in 2022.
