Totalmente ristrutturato nel 2020, può ospitare fino a 9 persone senza compromettere lo spazio libero di nessuno. Dispone di un ampio giardino esterno di 4000mq, ingresso e parcheggio privati. The authentic Medieval House was built between 1250 and 1300. With more than 70 sq mt of interior space, plus a 20 of terrace. It is ideal for relaxing, in spacious indoor and outdoor areas while enjoying the car free Old village and its welcoming community. Recently renovated, the Architect preserved its historical value while incorporating all modern comforts. The house is in a prime location, just a few steps from the Cathedral, which overlooks the sea and offers breathtaking sunsets.

Our house is located in the countryside and it's very close to the sea (Gulf of Asinara). It is spacious and cool in the summer, with two terraces (one West and one East) and a cool veranda (porch) attached to one side of the house, where you can rest and eat in the warm season. You'll love awakenings and relaxing breakfasts surrounded by nature. The house is surrounded by a big flowering garden with a little pinewood, palms and oleanders. All the windows are provided with mosquito nets.
