Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. This Waterfront 6 bed home with beach and hot tub (April-Oct) is the perfect place for your next get-a-way. Swim, fish, bike, kayak, there is plenty to do in this area. Or just decide to stay in and play a board game (provided) or a yard game like yardzee, ladder golf or corn hole (also provided). The home includes most everything, to make your vacation easy, including amenities like an outdoor grill, bicycles of various sizes, and beach toys sure to please kids of all ages.

There is a levee between house and water so a short walk (1 min) gives you private access to view and enjoy beach. it is not waterfront and I consider rugged and nature focused. Room for boats, extra cars, screened in back porch in a quiet safe neighborhood local market 1 mile away.

County setting on 1/2acer with ample parking for multiple vehicles with boats in tow. located just off State RT 2 in close proximity of 5 marinas with direct Lake Erie access, for a short ride out to Walleye rich waters of the Western Basin. Property has dedicated outside recepticals for charging boats over night. Fish Cleaning station on property with electricity and water.
