This cozy duplex has a great location right in Silverton, Colorado just a couple minutes walk from Main Street, the grocery store, liquor store, and everything else town has to offer. Windows specifically placed for views and decorative relics from the early mining days give you the feeling of historic Silverton with the comforts of a modern stay. From the front yard you can hear the waterfall on Kendall and watch the train chug into town. Truly the perfect stay all your San Juan adventures.

Sunny second floor (penthouse) one-bedroom historic main street condo with deck just steps away from restaurants, cafés, shops, skiing, hiking, and much more! This turn-of-the-century condo offers a comfortable and stylish retreat, ideal for couples looking to explore the charm of downtown Telluride and its many activities. As long-time locals of over 30 years who have had to relocate due to family health issues, we are excited to share our condo with fellow travelers who love Telluride!!

Situated in the quiet West side of town, this private ground floor end unit has free 1st come/1st serve parking on-site (I have never had a guest tell me that parking was a problem) and is only a 2 minute walk to chairlift 7. Telluride's historic Main Street business core is a 3 block walk or ride the free town bus which runs every 10 minutes. (Telluride business license #00026) Pets are not allowed. Under Airbnb guidelines the no pet policy includes registered emotional support animals.

This unit is next to the laundry room which is accessed by the cleaning staff during the day.
