This completely renovated 4 bedroom, 3 full bath home is located on 130' of beautiful, level Owasco Lake shoreline. The property also boarders a small brook providing water views from every window in the home! The first floor bedroom layout includes a master with King bed and sliding glass door entrance onto the 26' deck and a bedroom with Queen bed that share a full bath. No children. No pets. There are 2 Friendly and Fluffy Australian Shepherds on the property.

Stay a night at our tiny Hobbit House

We are close to Syracuse NY, Jamesville Beach,and Tully. You’ll love our place because - Well, its a Hobbit House :). Very cozy 12 by 12 cabin set in the back of my land right where the woods start. Small cabin good for a couple and maybe a child or two but no more than that. It has an outhouse. If this is sounding too basic or off the grid then please don't book! :) because that's exactly what is. But you also get to say you stayed in a cozy little hobbit house.

The property is located on 3 acres, overlooking Owasco Lake. It is a rural area, approximately six miles south of Emerson Park in Auburn, NY. Auburn is the home and final resting place of Harriet Tubman and William Seward. Other places of interest are Aurora (McKenzie-Childs), Approximately 15 miles away; Ithaca, 35 miles south; Rochester, about 75 minutes away, and Niagara Falls, 2.5 hours away. Owners reside on the same road, close by the rental property.
