Loon Lodge

Located on beautiful Damariscotta Lake, "Loon Lodge" is a rustic cabin from another era. Fall asleep to the sound of crickets and frogs and wake every morning to the call of the lake's many loons. The cabin is 30 minutes from Augusta and 15 minutes from Damariscotta. Hiking enthusiasts will enjoy climbing the Camden Hills-a quick 45 minute drive from the lake. You’ll love my place because of the views, the ambiance, the people, and the location. My place is good for couples and solo adventurers.

Hobb’s House - Year Round Log Cabin on the Water

Cozy 2 Beds, 1 pullout sofa bed, 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath Log Cabin with water/mountain views on Hobb’s Pond. Relax on the dock, grill from the deck, canoe (1)/kayaks (2)/swim during the day and relax with your streaming services on the smart TV at night. 5min drive to the Camden Snow Bowl for ski/snowboard during the winter. Ice skate on the pond. Rent out a boat during your stay. 13 min drive to downtown Camden for great restaurants and a sunset cruise on a sailboat. Close proximity to hiking trails!

Bungalhigh with Swimming Cove

Charming cottage called "Bungalhigh" with 1 bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, living room and wrap around porch, located on a swimming cove with view of Blue Hill Mountain and the ocean, a half mile from Blue Hill village. Pet-friendly, Netflix, Internet. Nearby is a 2nd cottage, "Bungalow", which is rented out separately and simultaneously. Guests walk in front of Bungalhigh and share yard & cove. Swimming & Kayaks. This property is dog friendly. We might be best for guests travelling with pets.

Seaside House/Downstairs

Enjoy everything coastal Maine has to offer in this coastal home with great ocean views. The space is light and bright and yet cozy! The house has a well appointed kitchen and is well maintained. You will find everything you need and more in this comfortable seaside retreat. Access to the beach is a short walk away. The house sits across the street from Clam Cove and is not directly on the beach. Beach access is private, quick and easy. There is also a large back yard to play or relax in.

Rustic Cabin on Beech Hill Pond near Acadia

Our rustic lakefront cabin is on beautiful crystal clear Beech Hill Pond near Acadia National Park and Bar Harbor, Maine. The cabin has 2 bedrooms and is suitable for 1 to 4 guests. It is furnished with the amenities listed as well as a dock, swimming float, fire pit with firewood, gas grill, and table and chairs. Enjoy the peacefulness from the screened in porch which overlooks the lake after a day of hiking in Acadia National Park. You will hear the call of the loons while relaxing.

SILVER MOON, a Yurt for All Seasons

Silver Moon at The Appleton Retreat is quite private, check out the Trail Map. This contemporary yurt features a private therapeutic hot tub on the wrap around deck, a fire pit, and fast wifi. Silver Moon is located in a wooded area close to a bog that attracts a variety of wildlife. The Appleton Retreat encompasses 120 acres hosting six unique retreats. To the south is the Pettengill Stream, a resource protected area. To the north is the Nature Conservancy's 1300 acre reserve.

This comfortable 2 bedroom, one bathroom, A-frame pine cottage is set on its own private point with 350 feet of waterfront! Cook out on the grill, lounge on the deck or dock while taking in the wildlife on a beautiful tidal river. Watch nesting Bald Eagles and Great Blue Herons fishing! There is plenty of sight-seeing in this picturesque area. Rockland is just 10-minutes away where you can enjoy shopping, restaurants, museums, galleries, lighthouses and festivals.

Sweet home away (pet friendly)

Single floor living at its finest. Conveniently located to both Camden and Rockland, enjoy this 3 bdrm 1.5 bath home in a great country setting. Just 1/2 mile to route 1 and very close to the ocean. Come enjoy the large back deck over looking the peaceful maine woods. The front door in about 50’ from the road, which can be busy at certain time of the day. There is 1 ring doorbell for everyone’s security outside the front door of the house.

Coastal Vintage Living

This is a spacious 1000 sq. ft. apartment in my childhood home that has been renovated in Spring 2020 with a modern coastal theme and well appointed with vintage items. We have a well stocked kitchen, cozy dining/living room with a 43" Roku TV, and full laundry. Try a pastry from the professional baker across the road, take a walk down the street to Crockett's Beach, or go for a stroll in downtown Rockland. Remote check-in available.

Cottage on Todd Bay

The 2025 season has ended, and the cottage and Midcoast Maine are settling in for a quiet winter. We're continuing to take bookings for 2026, and we'll reopen in early May. We want to thank all of our guests, present and future, and to wish you a quiet, safe winter. We're looking forward to next summer on Todd Bay!
