Our free standing stylishly renovated cottage is situated at the back of the property and has it’s own private garden courtyard. Fully equipped modern kitchen, living room, bedroom with skylight, Q-XL bed & en-suite bathroom. The cottage has AC, Wifi, smart TV (Netflix, Prime vid), an alarm and 24 hr patrol vehicle in this beautifull, quiet street of the neighbourhood. We are a young, lively family of 4 and some related sounds might be heard. Easy access to mountain for runs, walks, mtb.

Renovated to a modern space with functional kitchenette, living area and en suite bathroom . The property is ideally situated within walking distance of restaurants and coffee shops. Boys and Girls High Schools are within short walking distance, (300/450m). This is an ideal base from which to explore surrounding areas.

The Protea Suite is nestled in the leafy neighbourhood of Courtrai in Southern Paarl. A spacious open plan area including a kitchenette ,lounge and king size bed. A clothes rack and hand basin are also in the open area. The bathroom consists of a shower and toilet. Our guest suite consists of one bedroom, an en suite shower and toilet and a living space with basic cooking facilities (microwave, fridge and kettle). The guest suite is attached to the main house, but has a separate entrance. Safe, shaded parking is available. Free wifi. We are situated in a quiet, friendly residential area, close to local hospitals and schools. We are a busy family of 5; we cannot always guarantee perfect silence, but your privacy is of utmost importance!

Situated on a small holding 5km outside Franschhoek, opposite the exquisite La Motte Wine Estate, Heidi’s Barn offers the perfect self-catering base from which to explore the Winelands. A fire pit, outdoor dining area and a large swimming pool (shared with one other cottage) are perfect for summertime relaxation while an indoor wood-burning fireplace and wooden floors throughout make for a cosy winter escape. The barn runs on mains power with solar back up for load shedding.

The road leading up from the main road to the cottage is a gravel road - come experience ultimate off-grid living and enjoy the spectacular mountain, vineyard and fynbos views as you drive up in-between the vineyards.
