The apartment features a large living room with a fully equipped open kitchen. The living room has an office corner with a desk. There is also the possibility of converting the two sofas either into two single beds or one double bed. There are two master bedrooms with double beds and en-suite bathrooms. The third bedroom is smaller, with two arm chairs that convert into two single beds. The two single beds can be also prepared as one double bed. The third bedroom also features a small en-suite bathroom. Upon a reservation's confirmation the host is always available for any inquiries or pre-arrival arrangements. The apartment is located in the area of Paleo Faliro, which is part of the Athens Riviera. It is an upscale, safe and very pleasant neighborhood. When staying in this area, you have the privilege of enjoying the breathtaking sea view and the beach, whilst also being just 20 minutes away from the city centre of Athens (Syntagma). The neighborhood's greatest pride is the stunning Flisvos Marina that features a lovely promenade with restaurants, cafes, bars, shops, a playground and even an open-air cinema in the summer season. Finally, the true and most recent gem in the area is the Stavros Niarchos Foundation Cultural Center which includes new facilities for the National Library of Greece and the National Opera, as well as the 210,000 m² Stavros Niarchos Park. The apartment is only a block away from the Stavros Niarchos Foundation Cultural Center, where you could have a peaceful walk inside the big park, or you take part in the events which are going on in the Center. Besides, it's close to Metropolitan Hospital and Ρεα Maternity Hospital.
