"The Garage"

We have tranformed a garage and storage from 1835 to an unique apartment. With antique and vintage furnitures, a 200 year old bathtub and a comfortable french kingsize bed. The apartment is in central Palazzolo Acreide with amazing restaurants close by. In the evening you can take down the old garage gate with the push of a button, for complete privacy. The second bed is a sleeping sofa made with a regual matress of high quality, so a child or a third guest can sleep like a royal.

Dimora Vera in the center of Chiaramonte Gulfi

It is located in the center of the mountain town of Chiaramonte Gulfi,right in the front of town hall,at the end of a courtyard where parking is free.About 100-200 meters away are all the various shops,bars,restaurants,the main square. It is a "real house",welcoming,equipped,well heated.The large vaults,the huge terrace and two further rooms under stone arches in the basement make it special and with a charms all its own. Casa ben arieggiata e soleggiata, splendida vista quartiere San Paolo e zona medievale. Arredata con gusto, mobili antichi e restaurati, letto realizzato su commissione, tutto curato nei minimi particolare. Le tende risalgono agli anni 40, stoffa tessuta con il telaio dalla mia nonna, armadio realizzato da un baule di mio padre degli anni 50. Impianto luce realizzato a norma, stanza ben riscaldata. Bagno con tutti i confort, abbastanza spazioso.
