This completely private 1-bedroom apartment is furnished exclusively for Airbnb guests. After years of staying in Airbnb rentals ourselves, we set out to furnish this space to have everything we love in a short-term rental: nice sheets, fluffy pillows, plenty of light (but also black-out curtains), an easy-to-use TV, and cooking supplies. Right in the heart of Palo Alto, it is near Stanford University, Stanford hospital, and the bustling restaurants and shops of University Avenue.

Our guest house is located close to La Honda and Woodside in the North Santa Cruz Mountains. Located in the Redwood forest and looks down onto a beautiful creek from a lovely deck. There are many open space hiking and biking trails within a short drive, and the beach. 5 miles from Alice's Resturant. San Francisco and Santa Cruz are easily accessible. The house has vaulted ceilings and a full kitchen, and laundry.

Welcome to Chiquita Cottage. Our 400 sq. ft. detached studio was fully renovated in summer 2018. Located behind our primary family residence, it provides comfort and privacy to travelers. We are walking distance from downtown Mountain View and perfectly situated for Light Rail, Cal Train, and major highway access.
